JOE McLAUGHLIN
A former Chelsea FC captain and professional defender with over two decades of top-flight experience. Joe made 268 appearances for Chelsea — winning the Second Division Championship and Full Members Cup — before going on to captain Watford. He has since coached at Millwall and Ayr United, gaining deep experience in player development and tactical leadership. His combined playing and coaching pedigree, combined with connections across the professional game, gives Apex Sports Group unmatched credibility in player representation and talent identification.
